Painting

Hall, Dining, Bed rooms, Kitchen - two Coats of Asian Royale emulsion over a coat of primer with cement based luppum finish for internal walls. All internal walls will be painted with one coat of Oil based prime followed by two coats of  Plastic Emulsions. All external walls of the building will have one coat of cement paint followed by two coats of Weather Shield color. All internal doors and windows will paint with one coat of primer followed by two coats of enamel. All the safety grills will be painted with red oxide primer followed by enamel paint. All the paints used will be of standard quality Asian Paints

Kitchen

Kitchen platform will have double polished granite with built in  stainless steel sink with 26" and 2 feet high dado wall with matching glazed ceramic tiles (designer tiles)

Toilets

Toilets will have one European WC, Wash basin of 18 inches, shower, hot and cold water mixer. Toilets will have 6 feet 9 inches height dado glazed tiles. All the flats will have standard CP tap fixtures(Jaguar). Provision for Geaser point and exhaust provision in toilets

Electrification

As per normal AP city Transco Regulations with concealed copper finolex wiring (ISI) and Roma/MDS modular switches. Water Supply

Provision for HMWSSB Municipal water connection and suitable Sumps for separate Municipal and bore well water connection will be provided. Municipal water connection shall be provided in the Kitchen only. Ground water shall be supplied through a common submersible pump and Over head Tank
