Ans. After selecting the flat, you can book the flat by paying 40% of the total cost. (Subject to conditions depends on the loan quantum).

	40% Initial payment
	20% after Slab Levelling
	20% after Brick Work
	10% after Plastering
	5% after Flooring
	5% before handing over the Flat

Note

	Extra charges for cupboard shelves and also for extra electrical points, power plugs, telephone points and modifications or alterations etc.
	All expenses towards electrical transformer, external electrical, municipal water and drainage connections, panel board and generator, lift are borne by the flat purchasers only.
